Just VW Audi Performance
Launched early 2007 in direct response to our customers requests, Just
VW Audi Performance allows customers to fully understand and make the
most of the huge, but sometimes daunting, performance and upgrade market.
With literally hundreds of products on the market it is sometimes impossible
for customers to choose the right products to enhance the performance,
styling or fuel economy of their vehicle. After considerable research
into the market place Just VW Audi Performance has chosen a suite of
products ideally suited to VAG vehicles from some of the leading and
most reputable companies. After reviewing hundreds of products we have
purposely limited the choice in each upgrade area with carefully chosen
products suiting all budgets. So whether you want to prepare your car
for regular track days, improve the BHP from your engine, add a set
of the latest alloys or simply improve the fuel consumption of your
car, Just VW Audi has the products to suit and the experience to supply.
The Team
Andy Fox – Managing Director
Andy’s background has revolved around customer service and client
satisfaction for the last 17yrs. After returning to his home town of
Coventry in January 2003 following an 11 year career in technology recruitment
in the City of London, Andy had every intention of starting his own
recruitment firm. Whilst looking for a local main dealer to service
his Audi A8 he became aware that a change in recent legislation meant
he could save money by not using a main agent (Block Exemption Ruling)
but when he couldn’t find a local independent with the necessary
experience to service newer VAG vehicles the Just VW Audi concept was

Gary Cross – Service Centre Manager
Andy knew that the key to his success would be his team. Gary Cross
had been the local VW and Seat’s Master Technician for over 16
years. Many of the technicians within the local VAG franchises had served
their apprenticeships under Gary and therefore he was the ideal candidate
for a successful independent operation. Gary joined Andy in September
2003 and is now responsible for the day to day workshop operations and
keeping abreast of the latest VAG technology. Gary can be contacted

Ben Hughes – Technician
Just as Andy knew Gary would be the key to his success, Gary knew that
Ben Hughes would be the key to his! As a VAG technician for six years
, Ben was formerly one of Gary’s most accomplished apprentices
and jumped at the opportunity to work along side his old mentor. Ben
joined Just VW Audi in February 2004 and is responsible for all day

Jez Greene – Service Advisor
Jez was Andy’s first employee. A true jack of all trades within
the Just VW Audi business! Having spent nearly 8 years working within
local main dealerships, Jez joined Just VW Audi in June 2003. Jez is
responsible for coordinating our incredibly popular ‘pick up,
service, valet and drop off’ offering, managing our fleet of courtesy
cars as well as dealing with customer pricing and booking. Jez can be
